» Cambodia Job Foundation (CJF)

The Cambodia Job Foundation (CJF) is a non-profit organization. The mission of CJF is to help people in Cambodia to progress economically, become self-reliant, and improve the living standards of their families. CJF would like to help its members while teaching them skills needed to find employment in interesting jobs, improve their income, start and grow small businesses successfully, and learn the principles of good financial management.

History & Philosophy

The organization was created by Delyn and Vicky Yeates in 2009. As former volunteers in the area of Battambang, they realized that communities needed to develop professionnal skills in order to become self-reliant. This is how they came to the idea of creating the Cambodia Job Foundation, which has always been growing ever since. Today it has become a training center. It aims to find the appropriate training depending on individual's career plan. For a lot of people, trainings are the first step to find good-paying jobs, and to understand the principles of entrepreneurship in order to establish or grow small businesses.
