Center for Global Impact is established to help the poor and women with HIV by providing education, health care, food, supporting living, vocational skill, cooking skill and providing employment. Center for Global Impact has been working in three provinces of Cambodia: Phnom Penh, Kandal, and Battambang.
History & Philosophy
Center for Global Impact started its first mission in Cambodia in 2010. It was registered with Cambodia government under memorandum of understanding on humanity and the poor welfare development. Center for Global Impact is a member of the Chab Dai organization, which is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The organization is leading four main projects :
- ByTavi Project (figures out long-term solutions for vulnerable or HIV women)
- Imprint Project (provides job opportunities to victims of human trafficking)
- Culinary Training Center (empowers poor women with vocationnal training)
- CGI kids (provides lessons to students with learing difficulties)
